This was us standing online for an 1 1/2 HOURS OUTSIDE. It is currently 3 degrees outside. Staff was rude and unconcerned about the issue. What a horrible horrible way to start a vacation. NOT worth what we paid at all. Not impressed- first cruise and will NEVER travel with this company again. Do not waste your money or take the chance with all the deals! My mother was interested in taking the next trip- coming in next weekend and I will be telling her no matter how cheap or great of a deal it is NOT worth a single penny.
