Phone directory missing- told by steward that he had asked and never received new one!!!! We finally got it taken care of ourselves through the diamond concierge!!! Today is my birthday- so we ordered coffee and fruit to the room for a 10am delivery At 11am we called and were on hold for 14 minutes to then be told.... the room service was running over an hour behind and they did not let anyone know that!!!!
