This is Nahn Trang where we arrived late and only had 3 hours to site see before returning to the ship. We could not go to any of the recommendations outside of a small area in town. Friends were berated for not tipping the pedicab driver $10 or more in spite of being told they had already paid and need not tip. The monkey show and elephant trek was a huge rip off. We were promised a 30 minute elephant trek to a waterfall and instead were put on elephants and walked in a circle around the field for 10 minutes. This was Ko Samai.  The beach looked fabulous but again, the ship was set to leave at 4:30 so we had no time on our own. Total time in port - 7 hours but the tender took 45 minutes each way and is included in your shore time.
