Mediterranean Cruise: Fantastic and excellent service and food/beverages

Date: 2-9 July 2017.

Embarkment from Marseille: This part needs improvement in terms of having a staff who can give clear information as to the procedures in English.

Transfer from the airport to the ship: It worked well. There was a Costa staff with a placard/sign at the arrival area. Just be sure to have 1 euro if you need a trolley.

Boarding the ship: It was smooth and we were greeted with friendly and smiling staff. A great and positive way to start a cruise/vacation. The ship was clean with attention to details in terms of its decors (ceilings and walls). Very clean - walls and ceilings!

Cabin with balcony at deck 8: The room was very clean and the cabin steward (Jeffrey) was fantastic! We had a new cabin steward (Mhark) from Savona. He was also fantastic.
