This was our first cruise and we were pleasantly surprised! What an amazing staff on board! Everyone was very professional and nice, and fun! Outstanding service! Everyone seemed to enjoy their jobs and made it a wonderful time for all of us. The food was fantastic. We never had to wait for anything. Very clean and comfortable. Great entertainment. Not a bad thing to say. Highly recommend this particular boat and outstanding crew. Can’t say enough about the customer service! Top notch! Very welcoming. Not one single worker had an attitude. They went out of their way to please us. Drinks not expensive.A lot to do. Just a great experience. Group of passengers was very diverse. Good for all age levels. Highly recommend! Sailed out of Galveston and everything was right on time. 4.5 / 5 rating overall.
