This is a device that they use to blow up balloons and it's louder than an industrial vacuum. I snapped a picture of it, because while they were blowing up balloons one day in the main lobby area, I recognized the loud sound and realized it was the same noise that kept us awake in our stateroom at 2 am one particular morning. They were blowing up balloons at 2am directly above our stateroom!!! How relaxing.
