We were on the 18 night Bottom end Aus/NZ 25/2. We had a great time, pity the weather was not a bit warmer. We were apprehensive about the the bushfires only to be faced with the Corona virus and travel restrictions. A stressful time. Ship and crew were great and we really enjoyed ourselves.

We chose this cruise because we were told seeing the NZ fiords by ship was an experience not to be missed and they weren't wrong. Truly wonderful and do it if you can. Absolutely breathtaking and better than those in Norway. Wonderful outdoor weather helped of course. We r two Australians in our mid 60s. The buffet food was better than most cruises and the manager of the Windjammer came on and announced some things, told us to have a great day and always had an amusing saying to finish with. We chose this to experience a new ship with all the bells and whistles. Embarking on Freo was a nightmare taking 2 hours but once on board that was forgotten. The crew were fabulous and couldn't do enough for us, always smiling and happy and breaking into song and dance in the Windjammer, Stateroom was always tended to twice or three times each day.

We wanted to try a big ship and were delighted to get a last-minute discounted booking sailing from Perth to Adelaide.

Enjoyable cruise overall but..
Inclement weather meant that outside decks were closed, but nothing that was planned for outside amusement was replaced .that meant a lot of time with absolutely no activities planned...and very few areas in the ship that you could sit and look out to sea....Dizzys ( for the lucky few that managed a seat) and one bar downstairs that had a porthole.
