Never sail with Royal Caribbean again!

Review for a Australia & New Zealand Cruise on Brilliance of the Seas

This Cruise was over priced and it absolutely under delivered, consequently we will never be sailing with Royal Caribbean again. As we have cruised with them on a number of occasions previously, we feel that the criticisms listed below are completely justified. The entertainment was extremely poor, (and that is being generous) nowhere near the standard of previous cruises we’ve ...

Cruise nightmare from hell

Review for a Asia Cruise on Queen Elizabeth

I love cruising and I would never again sail with Cunard if possible. The cruise had average entertainment on offer, that I was able to attend. Appalling internet service. Service from the Pursers Office was non-existent. No feedback to the passengers. Covid was onboard when the ship berthed in Fremantle, but no one was informed. My elderly father (fully vaccinated) contracted Covid ...

We went Queens Grill on a short cruise in December 2019. It cost a lot of obey but it was a special occasion so we booked it. It was awful from beginning to end. The butler didn’t even exist. We never saw him once. So although Cunard advertise this wonderful person who will pamper you good luck with that you have more chance of meeting Santa. He was meant to great us and show us to our room ...

Misleading NY Eve Sydney Harbor, Excursion staff poor,

Review for a Australia & New Zealand Cruise on Azamara Quest

Sydney Harbor for NY Eve reason for trip. Supposed to see fireworks from ship, docked at White Bay - poor dockage - back view of bridge, lack of transportation to/from. Bought an overpriced NY Eve party at the zoo. It was awful, to their credit, I received a full refund - that can't cancel out an event of a lifetime. Shore excursions cancelled, private transfer booked (shore excursions person ...

for a relaxing holiday . our experience of Radiance of the seas is very disappointed and upset . food was not good at all in either cascades main dining room or the buffet windjammer. the choice of food was awful putting mostly the same variety of food on all the time on alternate days . food was cold unappetising and not cooked like a professional chief would cook . their was a ...

Disappointed (from Yorkshire!)

We chose it for the itinerary. We have done over 30 cruises but only two with Royal Caribbean in 1999 and 2001 which were excellent. Unfortunately this ship was very disappointing. We had just stepped on board in Fremantle and were bombarded by people trying to sell the different restaurants drink packages etc - they were really overpowering. We had anytime dining And really enjoyed the food and ...

Clunker of the Seas

Review for a Australia & New Zealand Cruise on Radiance of the Seas

This cruise was our first and I'd say last! The ship is ready for retirement, it didn't cater for my grand children ages 2 and 4 year old, the only tiny pool area only opened from 12 to 4 pm and was filled with adults all the time! As was the miniature golf area which smelt of sewerage. The trip to the south island in new Zealand was canceled due to bad weather so spent endless days at sea ...

This cruise appeared to tick all the boxes location wise. We are Platinum cruisers with RCL. After this experience we will not book again. The cruise was a complete disappointment and a waste of money. The food was lukewarm and not of a satisfactory standard in the dining room. I wonder if it met food safety standards. We had to send food back. The highlight of the entertainment programme ...

My husband and I booked this cruise as seeing Australia and especially Bali and the Great Barrier Reef was on our bucket list. Ha, saw many days of ocean and very little Australia. The ship canceled the Bali port due to possible "terrorist threats" during the Bali New Year (we were scheduled to stop on March 7), the new year was on March 9th, I call it an overreaching. So they added another day ...
