This is the second leg of our travel around the whole of Australia, the demographics for this leg were a little younger and there were not many children under 17, (Approx 15). Since we were doing a back to back cruise, we arrived in Fremantle on Radiance OTS, we self explored Fremantle and loved it, we took the train into Perth, and it too was great.
This cruise visited Esperance, Adelaide, ...
This was our fourth Celebrity Solstice Cruise which departed from Fremantle on 3 March 2016 to destinations, Bali, Darwin, Cairns, Whitsundays (Airlie Beach), Brisbane, Newcastle and ending in Sydney. Boarding at Fremantle was hassle free although there was a slight delay with customs procedures for guests. The usual practice of having your picture taken whilst boarding the ship and the ...
Wonderful Holiday. Lovely helpful smiling crew. A Joy to be around. We have done 5 previous cruises and never on Celebrity. If this is what this cruise line always offers we will most certainly be travelling with them again. We are a couple 61 and 67 and were not looking for a specific itinerary just a relaxed holiday. This vessel suited us perfectly. Its not got the wow standout flashy but a ...
We booked the cruise at the last moment and for a price we could not refuse. What a bargain ! We have cruised with Cunard three times before always on the queen Elizabeth. The QM2 surpassed all our expectations. We loved the spaciousness of the ship with its wide corridors and large public areas. There really was not anything we could fault. I read other comments from people who have been on the ...
I was so worried reading the previous reviews on this forum, but my fears were unfounded. It seems some people aren’t happy unless they’re miserable and complaining bitterly. If your entire holiday is ruined by not getting a chocolate on your pillow, a slow lift or having to line up for five minutes – STAY HOME.
We embarked at Fremantle – smooth process, no queues and straight on the boat. ...
We sailed out from Fremantle ,and we had been upgraded to a junior suite 1352 from cabin 1692 d1 stateroom .had great cruise for 14 nights mainly ate in main dinning every night and had very good food every time ,windjammers was hit and miss ,rc need to look at the food there I would rate it a 3 out of 10 while main dinning was an 8 .
We had the ultimate drink package ($52 aud) for us and ...
We were a big family group of 14, ranging from 6 yrs to 70's! We had a great time.
Checkin was good, no problems there!
Our cabin was small but fine. Our cabin attendant was Francis, and he kept our cabin lovely and clean and was always very friendly and attentive.
We only ate at the Windjammers (buffet) twice in the two week cruise, mainly because we prefer full service! The food was ...
Its only our 3rd cruise, 1st on such a large ship 1st with a balcony 9520. What I want to tell you is if you know how to enjoy yourself you’ll have a great time. I read a few reviews before sailing as I do research our holidays and was a bit dubious on reading some but a good friend recommended the ship and I value her experiences so we went and were so so glad we did.
Perhaps our lives ...
This was our second time on Voyager of the Seas and our fifth cruise altogether . My husband and I chose this cruise because of the destinations (Port Hedland, Bangkok, Pattaya, Saigon and Singapore) and the good value associated with this reposition trip. We also enjoyed our previous cruise on Voyager.
I've read many negative reviews about this cruise and while everything was not without ...
Cruising from Fremantle to Sydney via New Zealand and fly home was something my friend and I have wanted to do for a long time. Although we very much enjoyed the cruise I think on hindsight we would have preferred to fly to Sydney and cruise back to Fremantle as there were restrictions on our shopping due to baggage limit on flight home. This cruise was advertised as a seniors cruise and I can ...
