Our 3rd Cruise on Radiance but Abit of a disappointment still a great ship but in desperate need of an over haul .The majority of the staff excellent especially cabin crew ,rooms always perfect ,not sure why but we had no towel animals in our cabins for the whole cruise .
Crown and Anchor did not fulfill all the things they were supposed to do we are Emerald but quite afew things missing ...

Well, after reading some of the previous reviews, I wonder if we were on the same ship. We only boarded in Fremantle, so can't comment prior to this, but we ( all five of us) had a great time. Yes, we had delayed boarding in Fremantle whilst the ship was sanitized because of the gastro virus, but I'd rather late getting on board that sick! Our experience echoes earlier reviews. Embarkation at Fremantle was delayed due to cleaning operations and once on board, self-service in the food/beverage areas was suspended resulting in seemingly endless queuing. We too were disappointed that the ship’s management failed to provide passengers with any updates of the extent, if any, of an on-board outbreak of norovirus.

On Boarding found no hot water in our cabin this went on for 3 days sewage smell in cabin
Made our room very hard to spend any time in cabin had to purchase our own can of glen 20 to combat the smell
As out line in other reviews staff were directed to serve food after a out break of gasto prior to our boarding so food was severed cold in the windjammer restaurant

I was so worried reading the previous reviews on this forum, but my fears were unfounded. It seems some people aren’t happy unless they’re miserable and complaining bitterly. If your entire holiday is ruined by not getting a chocolate on your pillow, a slow lift or having to line up for five minutes – STAY HOME.

As Diamond cruisers we have been on a number of different RCL ships. This was our first Asia cruise and the destinations were important to us. We sailed out from Fremantle ,and we had been upgraded to a junior suite 1352 from cabin 1692 d1 stateroom .had great cruise for 14 nights mainly ate in main dinning every night and had very good food every time ,windjammers was hit and miss ,rc need to look at the food there I would rate it a 3 out of 10 while main dinning was an 8 .

We were a big family group of 14, ranging from 6 yrs to 70's! We had a great time.
Checkin was good, no problems there!
Our cabin was small but fine. Our cabin attendant was Francis, and he kept our cabin lovely and clean and was always very friendly and attentive.
