We had done Viking previously and found them to be exceptional with cruise, sites, room, cleanliness, friendliness, food, service to and from airport, hotel accommodations in departure cities for extensions, and concierge service in extensions. Already booked next trip for next year. This will be my fifth cruise. Everything done with Viking seems to go smoothly. They are great with handicapped ...

My husband and I went on the Viking Rhine cruise and I couldn't wait to go on another. I went with a friend for this excursion and had a blast. From Paris to Luxembourg to Germany to Czech Republic, we saw so much of Europe. The tour guides were great and I felt like I learned a lot on the trip. The entire staff is terrific - very friendly, helpful and professional. The ship is beautiful! I ...

A great cruise, an excellent river cruise company, we have taken six cruises with Viking, all in Europe since 2010. The food on the cruise was very good, breakfasts and lunches were buffets or you may order off the menu which changes daily. Dinners were had a gourmet flavor and themes from the cruising regions were presented daily. Lots of choices, the wine flows freely at lunch and dinner ...

We took the Viking Cities of Light cruise from Paris to Prague. Initially, I must say that Viking's logistics were incredible. From picking us up at de Gaulle, to getting us to the airport in Prague, and everything in between, they were great. Although we took the cruise for the beginning and end, the middle ports and cruising the Seine through all of the castles was just as good as the ...

After about a dozen ocean cruises we decided to try a river cruise. We chose Viking as they have a very good reputation. We had a French balcony on deck three and had ample room for all our stuff. We started with two days in Paris and ended with two days in Prague. Both cities were amazing. From the moment we got off the plane we were taken excellent care of by the Viking staff. We loved the ...

We have traveled a good part of Europe and have toyed with the idea of a river cruise. With the Cities of Lights cruise it gave us the opportunity to extend both our front end stay in Paris and our final stay in Prague and experience river cruising on the Moselle, Rhine and Mein. To say that the cruise exceeded our expectations would be an understatement. Our experience on the Viking Odin was ...

We like to see places. With the tour in every port and the river cruising during daylight, our needs were greatly satisfied. The scenery along the rivers was spectacular, and the cities on the tours were unique, historical and very interesting. The accommodations were excellent, but the on-board activities were very limited. We would have liked to have seen more and better entertainment, and an ...

This was our first river cruise with Viking, and it couldn't have been a better experience. We were met at the airport by our Viking representative and taken to our hotel in Paris. From that point on we were taken care of completely. At all times at our hotels in Paris and Prague, there was a Viking representative available to assist with booking tours or just giving directions. The Odin was ...

Our friends had been wanting to do a river cruise for years so last year we agreed to go with them on the Cities of Light cruise with Viking. They have traveled to Europe many times but it was our first trip. My husband was not all that excited about going. In fact, before we left he basically said see what you want to see because this will be our last trip. Thankfully this Viking cruise ...

We were on the same cruise and the prior reviewer Bizzyma. The trip was a celebration of my 60th birthday as well as my wife and my 25th wedding anniversary. We were joined by my high school best friend and his wife that I had lost touch with 40 years ago, The cruise exceeded my expectations. The staff (with one exception I'll mention last) was very attentive to all our needs. Our server ...
