The service everywhere on the ship was excellent. The only area where Silversea dropped the ball was on embarkation. Silversea is one of the premier cruise lines BUT they have put their bottom line before their sterling reputation. Every document relating to Wi-Fi states "Complementary Wi Fi Throughout The Ship".
