My last cruise was over 10+ years ago on a mega ship with 4500 guests so this cruise must be on a different level. Sorry to say but the mega ship is on a much higher level. We just returned from a 12 night cruise on the silver spirit.....we were so disappointed in the service we remembered from 3 years ago. Silversea is one of the premier cruise lines BUT they have put their bottom line before their sterling reputation. Every document relating to Wi-Fi states "Complementary Wi Fi Throughout The Ship".
