Having cruised many times ith P&O we were appalled at the fall in standards. The quality, eating habits, behaviour and particularly the dress of many passengers was dreadful. We returned from this 14 night Canaries cruise on 1st October. It was truly awful. We travelled to Southampton by coach with Intercruises. What a shambles. Coaches were pulling into Trowell services with no indication where they were going. Chose this cruise for a first time cruise. Brochure made it look very nice. We would not recommend this cruise Too many people, not enough space or things to do - just cramped.
