From flight check in at Manchester, the TUI flight, check in for the cruise at Malta, the entire experience onboard to picking up the bags on return to Manchester airport. I was going to sail on Cunard on a similar itinerary but wanted something less formal. Boarding was not great. I read a number of reviews about P & O including this ship which seemed ok especially for solo travellers do decided to book. The ship is very tired in a number of areas and in need of a refit.
