"All in all a very nice ship with a great crew and good food, now for the P&NO bit, We have been lucky enough to enjoy in excess of ten cruses covering Princess, Royal Caribbean, Celebrity and P&O, this is the first time that we have felt not as valued as a customer's, we had purchased the not inexpensive Deluxe drinks package at nearly £1400 for both of us for the 14 day cruise, this is expensive when compared to Princess and even Celebrity, also this did not include Wi-Fi, this is the most restrictive, illogical, frustrating, disappointing and annoying drinks package ever, every bar has a list of cocktails and wines and even beers that are available in that bar only, you can not deviate from this list, I am very fond of a dark rum Old fashioned, even though they had all of the ingredients behind the bar and knew how to make it they would not as it is not on the list "P&NO sir".What a Beautiful ship even if the central atrium is a little plain by comparison to the competition, the ship was kept spotlessly clean and in nice condition, we found the food on board to be very good by and large, although the main dinning halls menu could feel a bit repetitive, The Epicurean was well worth the extra money as was Shindu, we had mixed results from the Keel & Cow with a couple of steaks not being that great but the customer service was first class as was the Prime Minister burger (minus blue cheese), the Quays (included) is a touch of genius as is the Olive grove (small extra charge on some items) as for the Horizon Buffett good quality food but a bit samey, we also did Chefs Table (included) we probably would not bother again...."
