The ship is very poor and needs a full refit. Lots of toilets out of order, hazard tape on floor, viruses on board. Main dining room up selling of food now if you want quality. Wetherspoons at sea. First cruise with p&o since 2019. Cannot believe the decline in standards. 3 days before we sailed, we were contacted by P&O who advised us that our cabin was no longer available and gave us an ultimatum of a downgrade to inside cabin with a 50% refund or cancel our holiday.
