"We flew out of Gatwick to Barbados with Thomas Cook.Checked the luggage in and didn't see it again until it was brought to our cabin on the ship which was great. The seats don't recline which made for a less than..."Read More

Several previous cruises with P&O. This one ruined - not because of the cancelled port visits (due to the current virus panic) which the captain handled well - but because the ship stank of sewage. We had paid for a good midship balcony cabin but could not use the balcony because of the constant vile stench of sewage. Public rooms and the promenade deck midship also stank of sewage. It ...

Myself and my Husband have just returned from our cruise aboard the Azura. we returned on Sunday 17/12/2017. We had a fantastic time. we did not take any excursions that are supplied through P and O this is why I can not comment. when we docked we went a shore every time, the taxi drives can be a pain however once you have run the gauntlet and got through them it was great to explore each ...

Horrible smells from vents all over ship

Our holiday was spoiled by smells from air vents at the side of our balcony! Horrible smells from vents all around the ship. Poor. How many people can you cram onto a ship? Meal times are chaotic. P & O putting their profits way before their customers' comfort. Have sailed on other P & 0 ships and would say we had good value and enjoyable holidays, but I will not recommend this ship ...

Having previously sailed the Baltic in Arcadia, we decided on this fly cruise to New Orleans, Florida and the Caribbean over Christmas. We flew from Birmingham Int Airport which was overflowing, took us over an hour in the queue to get to the check in desk. When we finally took off, we were at least half an hour late. The flight was extremely long, eleven hours in total due to weather ...

This was our second P&O cruise, the first being a four day mini-cruise which failed to meet nearly all of our expectations. So it was with some trepidation that we booked a two week Caribbean cruise (Dec 2016). Flights were with Thompsons and I have to say the Dreamliner trip out from Birmingham was excellent. What was even better was that our cases, taken at Birmingham Airport, were to be ...

It was the first cruise I had been on in around 10 years, having always traveled previously with Royal Caribbean. My partner and I were recommended to try P&O by a friend, who suggested they catered far better for the British market. It was 100% sound advice. There were minimal sea days, loads of interesting excursions to choose from, and the on board entertainment was brilliant. The ship ...

To begin with, it’s only fair to say that all things considered, our time with the P&O Azura on this 15 night Caribbean cruise was good. The crew, accommodation, facilities and entertainment were excellent. The restaurant food was most agreeable, however, it took us four days to get the freedom dining that we wanted. Initially, we had been assigned a late sitting, fixed table with fellow diners ...

I could not believe that they tell us to book early for the best deals and it dropped £500 pound per person as well as it being very cold most of the way over the Atlantic and having being told when I was sat in the pool area late at night that I would have to travel 2 floors up to get a calIipso coffee I could have any other alcoholic drink but not a coffee with alcohol so much for service on a ...

This was our ( with my wife) first cruise on P and O and only our second overall. We had a balcony cabin towards the rear of the ship . It was fairly good; I have been in smaller hotel rooms in London and Paris! The bed was great and i can honestly say I had 14 great sleeps. Overall the ship was good and has been well commented on . In particular we loved the Glass House, where the range of ...
