Real friendly cabin with towel sharing.
Once they have you on board they don't want to let you off.

Too many overweight and ill mannered seniors on board (although there were quality passengers also).
Too few comfortable seats in desirable areas unless constantly harrassed by (very polite) waiters to buy drink after drink.
The instant you emptied a cup, glass, or plate it was removed by waiters (sometimes they had to be told to leave glasses alone).
