Whilst the crew were attentive some had only very limited English. The ship was immaculately clean and our cabin steward was lovely but the ice bucket ordered for 6pm each evening more often than not failed to arrive on time if at all. Never again. First time on p&o. so disappointed. Bar service non existant. Sometimes had to wait for over a quarter of an hour just to order a drink. And another to be served. Food——- . Too many overweight and ill mannered seniors on board (although there were quality passengers also). Too few comfortable seats in desirable areas unless constantly harrassed by (very polite) waiters to buy drink after drink.
