we choose this cruise for many many reasons. here is a few, not in any order of preference. 1. we can fly direct from Belfast International Airport to Palma on a Tui flight. 2 the transfer from the flight to the ship is absolutely painless, this is especially helpful as both myself and my wife have severe mobility problems. 3 we knew, from past experiences, the crew and facilities would ...

We chose this cruise because we ha d had a lovely cruise on the Red Sea on the Thomson Celebration. This was a poor imitation. Ther was a long queue to board the ship and they asked for a debit/credit card, which I refused to give them. I had booked an outside cabin for the view, only to be confronted with superstructure and an steel grill. When I enquired about this, I was told I should have paid ...

One of 6 ladies on a cruise - no Dream!

Worst cruise ever been on. Service was dreadful, if you were lucky enough to find a wine waiter, you had to wait ages for drinks. Gave up on occasions and queued at the bars along with others who had the same idea. One of our party reported a waiter for rudeness! The ship was very understaffed, staff seemed as if they had received littlr training, very few smiled or even looked as if they were ...

Not a Dream!

Having been on a number of Thomsons cruise in the past (with no problems) we decided to try the Enchanting Vistas repositioning cruise on the Dream. Wish we hadn't bothered now. The only good thing about that ship was disembarkation! The food was sub-standard, often cold (custard mainly). Lobster on the Captain's night was so tough and overcooked that it was impossible to cut! Bread was sweet, ...

Cruised on the Dream three times to canaries, maderia, morroco, various places in Spain and gibraltar. Very nice ship, great service and staff . Very well organised from the time of getting off the plane. Food choice is excellent, afternoon tea lovely, entertainment great. All in all faultless. Itineraries good, excursions good. Days at sea are well planned with plenty of choice of things to do, ...

AS I said it was the first time on this ship and we were a bit apprehensive after reading some of the reviews but we needn't have worried as it was really good. As an elderly disabled lady the cabin was an adapted one and there was plenty of space and it was spotlessly clean thanks to our steward ARTHA, nothing was too much trouble. We tried all the eating places but plumped for the Orion ...

Fourth time on the dream and how better can it get. First I must say they have now finally got the excursions team sorted out with a new manager that's well organised with a good team. We did 5 tours in total out of 6 ports and all went smoothly. The food was up to a good standard in the Orion main restaurant and found no need to go to the other pay a supplement ones. Used the Lido for ...

Five of us travelled - aged 40's, early 20's & 18. Very apprehensive as to what to expect! The apprehension soon disappeared. Flight from Stansted was on time and smooth. After getting off the plane all transfers were very easy - everyone was friendly and happy to help. You had the option to look around Palma or board ship for a look around. Your luggage was taken to you cabin, so there ...

Thomson flight 35 minutes late going, almost an hour on the return. After waiting in a queue for over an hour someone is waiting to take your picture. First morning at sea, toilet stopped working(soon mended). Second day first port of call changed due to high winds. Third day no hot water in cabin(soon mended). Purchased photograph from Captain's Gala Dinner, plus fridge magnet. Qualified for a ...
