Staff was kind and helpful, very clean. Cabin and corridors are cleaned daily. Restaurants on 5 and 9 floor was cleaned permanently.

We have travelled several times with the Costa. Always with great satisfaction, but this ship is really awful. Crowded with shouting and screaming children. First time with Costa Cruises. The ship and accommodation was magnificent. The entertainment in the theatre and by the Latin dance team was excellent. Room cleaning was good. Bar waiters do not harass you to buy drinks, they ask once and place a napkin on your table to signify to other waiters that you have been dealt with.
