We chose this cruise because of the places it visited in the western med and we heard it was suitable for kids. It was not...! Things got off to a bad start when we boarded. Staff were fighting among themselves to get their commission on drinks package sales. We chose it because the date and itinerary suited our needs. It was our third cruise and the first with MSC. The greatest impact was the volume level of the other passengers. We choose this cruise because of its length (7 nights), the itinerary Civitavecchia, Palermo, Caglari, Palma de Mallorca, Valencia, Marseille, Genoa, Civitavecchia, and the cost.
