We where very excited to spend Christmas with our kids in this big ship!!, but we had a BIG disappointment, the food was always the same, poor quality, the crew tried the best , mostly everybody did not understand English.The elevators always full, sometimes take 10 minutes to go from level 11 to 14, cant walk due to a operation. Entertainment average mostly boring , if you had the chance to actually see one because they where always cancel.Solarium for adults always full really hard to find a chair. Every bar at the level 14 where full, never most than 2 barmen s to serve 15 people. Day 13 of the cruise we went to the Esplanade to get some Margarita pizza for my son, they run out of Mozzarella, they add Parmesan cheese , what a shame. To have breakfast a Windjammer at 8 am, was a run for your table every morning without fail, and the food was again average, thanks god was fruit to eat. Read Less
