This was our 12th cruise, 2d on HAL. What a disappointment! Ship is tired, scuffed, dirty and smelly. Needs a major renovation. Design is dated, but more important it's just old and not well maintained. We chose this cruise because hal hadn't disappointed on prior cruises, and because the ports were what we wanted to visit. unfortunately. Hal has changed their entertainment policy, eliminating the grand musicals of old, replacing them with, for example, a gymnast, a mini-harp player running around the audience, sitting in laps, an 8pm travel documentary, and a lame juggler. This ship docked at Tampa from Europe with 80 cases of the rhinovirus, so boarding was delayed by hours and we waited outside in the heat in lines for over 2.0 hours as the cleaned the boat.
