Nice cruise! Lost two ports due to bad weather. Royal Navy Shipyard and The Azores. First time on Vista. Cabins are not sound proof! We could hear our neighbors loud and clear! Horizons has changed no coffee machines and no food! Also coffee machines continued to be out of order in the concierge lounge! Loved the new Embers restaurant. Staff was excellent! This was our 7th cruise with Oceania. They are still an excellent cruise line but we feel that the service and overall cruise experience is not as good as we have previously experienced.
