We were looking forward to getting back into cruising for a long time and the prospect of cruising on the Oceania we had come to love was very exciting. We booked a 28 day B2B cruise of the Norway and UK starting 5th August 2023 from Oslo. First impressions. The ship looked great. We had only sailed on the Marina previously. Boarding - was efficient and we were herded onboard quickly ...

We stayed in an Oceania Suite where we enjoyed the personal staff who cared for us and our suite. They were absolutely wonderful. In fact the entire crew was wonderful. They were always smiling, pleasant, professional and very eager to help. We did not receive our luggage from Lufthansa until the seventh day of the cruise. We greatly appreciated the efforts of Concierge staff for tracking this ...

My first cruise with Oceania was in 2015 on the Riveria. Terrific itinerary from Athens to Barcelona. We enjoyed it immensely. Not so much years later. I felt stuck in a time warp with the EXACT SAME formulaic routine. Boring ! Oceania could be a fantastic option but has failed to keep up with the times and is stuck in an era that my mother barely remembers ! I love the idea of a quieter, ...

We initially selected this cruise back in 2019, based on the itinerary especially calling into St Petersburg for 2 nights, but of course this was cancelled. The ports were varied from great ( Stockholm, Copenhagen, Helsinki,Talinn) to average(Riga, Gdansk, due to the excursion, an hour on the bus and very limiting time and a lot of guide talk) to not so good at all- Aarhus and Kotka. Visby was ...

We have cruised many times with various companies and found the Marina is still a fabulous ship showing no signs of age despite a visit to dry dock being scheduled. We had a veranda cabin which had a full bath and separate shower and the cabin was the size of some penthouse cabins on other ships. The mattress and bedding were superb. Dining was excellent in all locations throughout the ...

Fabulous Cruise! We loved our destinations, excursions provided through Oceania, and food. Yes, we're the type of guest, once in port, to get off the boat immediately and run till the sun goes down. We don't expect to be entertained, just clean sheets and great food. Although, I must say that it was a surprise to have a welcome back party waiting, with a band playing, on our return ...

We chose this cruise because of the itinerary. We got to see a lot of countries and went to cities we really wanted to see. The staff were wonderful and very accommodating. The food in all the restaurants were wonderful - the Grand dining room, Italian and Steak restaurants. The afternoon tea was nice with music. The internet was slow and you can only use one device at a time. It was a ...
