My sister celebrated her 71st Birthday on the ship - the cabin team helped make her day extremely memorable! We were all "over the moon" surprised! Never been on a Cruise line that went to this extent before!!! Well done Oceania!

Excellent ship; great food; no nickel and dimming; beautiful room; incredible bathroom; public bathrooms clean and beautiful; plenty of hand sanitizers everywhere; great specialty restaurants with several of them included in the fare; efficient port stops; great staff with few exceptions; plenty of seating in restaurants and in public spaces; great menus; some dishes too salty; entertainment is ...

Cruise chosen as it was a round trip from Southampton [Portsmouth], so that did not involve flying and we could drive right to the terminal and leave the car in the hands of the efficient on-site parking company. We boarded smoothly and went directly to our cabin. We sailed on time into the Channel, where the sea was very smooth. The cabin was excellent and newly re-furbished. The ...

We responded to a special offer as we liked the look of the itinerary. Some guests arriving by private car found that the problems started before boarding as they had not been sent luggage labels. We phoned in advance to ask about this and were told that we get them at check-in. Great, but by then we would have dropped our car off for parking and our bags would have been taken by the baggage ...

Not happy with change in Itinerary - Nuuk Greenland cancelled

Review for a Arctic Cruise on Marina

This was an expensive cruise. Food was great except for one specialty restaurant, Polo Grill. First reservation made at sea. Order of queen cut prime rib was undercook, more raw if not rare, when I ordered medium rare. The turnaround time for each course exceeded 20 minutes. I did not even have time to order dessert. The other public eating venues and specialty restaurants were very good in ...

Exceeded my expectations

After I booked this b2b from Copenhagen to Reykjavik, I had some misgivings due to some comments on this website; therefore, I had to review after my own experience. The cruise line – Oceania exceeded my expectations in just about every way. I was last on Oceania over ten years ago; I thought they were good then but I believe they have improved considerably. This is as close to old-style ...

poor service cramped rooms

Took cruise because it had several stops we wanted to see. Unfortunately they canceled 3 of the ports. Substitutions were less than stellar and 1 was made into a sea day and two days of very slow cruising. The service was below oceania standards. We have noticed they are slipping and this cruise shows how far down they have gone. Rooms are always cramped on oceania. The serve you food at the ...

See my Sirena review - many of the comments are the same. NOT THE FINEST CUISINE AT SEA (as Oceania claims) - in fact, far from it. One of my main grouses on this cruise was the fact that I fell really ill during the cruise. Of course I don't blame Oceania for that. But my partner went down to say we would have to cancel our participation in 2 excursions we had booked. Too late for a refund. I ...

Review for a Panama Canal & Central America Cruise on Marina

We chose the cruise because of the Panama Canal transit. The shore excursions were very long involving much time in a coach. The itineraries were inflexible and at the mercy of the shoreside Tourist company. It was a pity that the stay in Nicaragua was cancelled but another destination could have been included. We spent 9 days at sea during a 20 day cruise. Service was patchy and it would seem ...

My first cruise with Oceania was in 2015 on the Riveria. Terrific itinerary from Athens to Barcelona. We enjoyed it immensely. Not so much years later. I felt stuck in a time warp with the EXACT SAME formulaic routine. Boring ! Oceania could be a fantastic option but has failed to keep up with the times and is stuck in an era that my mother barely remembers ! I love the idea of a quieter, ...

Oceania sinks to new lows

Currently on board Marina on second leg of two from Amsterdam to London-19 days. This is 4th cruise with Oceania and first post Covid. Very sad to report, in my opinion, the Oceania of the pass is no longer a float. We have experienced almost across the board changes in service, food quality and selection and poor attitudes. Transfers from the hotel in Amsterdam was simply chaotic to ...
