I have cruised with Oceania before. The previous was last year on the Riviera, and I gave top marks for most areas that make cruise successful and worth the money. This time the whole cruise was poor. A small cabin, and a bathroom more or less unusable. The first bad sign was boarding at midday to find no table left in Horizons.
