So so incredibly disappointed with Oceania. Absolutely no guest/customer service. Have raised all issues with onboard team, Oceania guest relations and still no communication back. We chose this cruise mainly for the itinerary (we hadn't been to Morocco), which was cancelled before we left and replaced with Palma de Majorca (our 5th time there). Very sad to report, in my opinion, the Oceania of the pass is no longer a float.

Have been on many Oceania boats but not since COVID. Definitely have lowered standards. Ports were great except Albania. Supposed to be in Tirana but instead were berthed in Durres. I am sorry to say that in spite of fabulous food, a wonderful cabin and food crew, and amazing staterooms, I would never go on an Oceania Cruise again. The management staff (with the exception of the concierge) as non-existent.
