We chose this cruise because we had to use a FCC from 2 years ago when our cruise was cancelled. We originally chose Oceania because of all the "hype" on outstanding cuisine and service and the Itinerary. This was our first time on Oceania and we had very high expectations. We have cruised about 20 times prior on Celebrity, Holland, Carnival, Princess and Viking.

Family recommended this cruise line and went with family and friends. This is our 7th or 8th cruise in last two years.
Pros: Staff was friendly, accommodating, room very clean.
John at the omelette station was an artist and made breakfast very enjoyable.
Sauna, steam room and showers very good--Great water therapy tub with jet movement

We thought we should try another line as we had only done many cruises on Crystal. Positives- our cabin was very nice, our steward was great, and room service was good, tea was nice. First I'm going to give the good and the bad on my just completed trip on Oceania Sirena.
I took my son on a 7 day cruise from MIA - MIA (Jan 6 - 13, 2020) on Oceania's Sirena with stops in Key West, Belize Harvest Caye, Roatan, and Costa Maya. The ship is a small ship with only 684 pax. I can't speak about drinks as neither my son nor I drink.

We have cruised on this ship several times pre the NCL takeover and without doubt NCL have damaged Riviera's reputation perhaps forever.
Staff numbers have been cut and service levels can be poor as staff struggle to cope.

The itinerary was the main attraction, plus decent reviews.
I'll start with the positives. Embarkation was easy. Service in all areas was really good.
