This is our third cruise on Oceania, out of about sixty cruises overall, a 24 day Amazon River cruise beginning and ending in Miami.. It was among our most disappointing cruise experiences. We wanted the experience of a smaller ship. The help did a wonderful job! They were so attentive in the buffet area, and so friendly too! We looked forward to the specialty restaurants but were disappointed. I had pad thai and can get better at our local restaurant. On several occasions, the food was not served hot, not even the soup! This is our 14th Oceania cruise. We booked a 15th cruise and I wish we hadn't. 15 is "gold." One of the perks was supposed to be a complimentary massage. I just looked, and it seems they are no longer honoring that. It seems to have disappeared from their web page. I chose this cruise for my husband and myself to try Oceania Cruises as we usually go on Celebrity and we wanted to go to the Amazon. We will not go on Oceania again!
We met fabulous fellow guests on the cruise. The dining staff and cabin staff were wonderful. The reservation desk and concierge had some of the rudest people I've ever met. You are nickeled and dimed.

My husband wanted to see the Caribbean so we booked this cruise. The staff and food onboard were amazing. The excursions were ok. Entertainment was lacking. There was very little to do onboard after 10:00 unless you wanted to sit in the bar.
