We went on this cruise because of the Sonoma wineries' " wine cruise". The Riviera was elegant with impeccable service from all restaurants and cabin sttendants. Receptionists seemed cold and management not responsive. Only Toscana and Jacque's were excellent. Grand Dining Room and Terrace were good. Red Ginger and Polo Grill were so so at best. A fabulous crossing from Barcelona to Miami. The absolute best cuisine at sea. Despite the December transAtlantic, the ocean cooperated with calm seas and mild weather. The ship, service, LaReserve, food & wine at its best!
