Overall best cruising experience I've ever had. Definitely got my money's worth. I was a bit concerned first with some of the negative reviews I read; but this company is top notch. Is it perfect? No, what is?....but they come pretty dam close! A few things that really stood out for me: Organization and logistics. They think of everything, when embarking, dispatching tours, etc. Being a ...
After a not so pleasant cruise with another company, we decided to try cruising one more time. We are still not the cruising type of travelers, but that has nothing to do with our experience with Oceania. Everything lived up to our expectations of what a luxury cruise should entail. The food was delicious....especially the specialty restaurants....their Terrace Cafe always had something to ...
If you are a foodie, or you just like to eat, then Oceania is the cruise line for you. We've taken 26 cruises on 11 different lines, and this was by far the best food we've ever had. Even at the buffets, the quality and variety were superior to other lines, including luxury lines. Four speciality restaurants, all free, all with large varied menus, all lovely inviting spaces. A different menu ...
We have taken a number of river boat trips and cruises on Disney and Princess. This was our first Oceania cruise and we were not dissappointed.. The food and service were excellent. Oceania clearly deserves it reputation. The specailty restaurants were outstanding. The wi-fy workedmostly well though at times it was a bit slow. The ship was only 70% full so there were not any crouds. Fellow ...
A fabulous crossing from Barcelona to Miami. The absolute best cuisine at sea. Despite the December transAtlantic, the ocean cooperated with calm seas and mild weather. The ship, service, LaReserve, food & wine at its best!
We enjoy sea days, having experienced 6 crossings. Marina (and sister ship) are the largest ships we ever cruise - a perfect size for us.
Food quality is reliably ...
We chose this cruise for the itinerary, never having been on Oceania before.
A very port-heavy 12 day cruise from Barcelona to Venice with only one sea day. Embarkation was seamless and very quick. Ship overall is in very good condition and we loved the artwork scattered about. I found minimal signs of wear.
Cabin: 8071 with balcony. All was very good for our needs. But why is there a small ...
I am too jetlagged to get into much detail but everything was top notch except the Internet connection and I was told there was nothing that could be done about that. The ports were varied and interesting although I would skip Palermo, Sicily if I had it to do over again. The place was noisy and dirty and Rick Steves said it is riddled with pickpockets.
The specialty restaurants were quite ...
Our cruise was amazing and everything we were promised. We were celebrating our 25th Wedding anniversary and it was perfect for us. The ship, cabin, dining and service were 5 star. We loved our cabin - a good size, with plenty of storage and a wonderful bathroom. I recommend spending the money for concierge level. We enjoyed the Canyon Ranch Spa and workout areas. The show entertainment in the ...
My wife and I sailed on Nautica from Barcelona to Dubai October / November 2017
This was our 3rd time with Oceania, having already sailed on Riviera and Marina. This was our first time on one of Oceania’s smaller ships but we knew what to expect in terms of size and layout as we had previously sailed with Azamara on Quest, which also being one of the original Renaissance ships, is the same ...
We chose Oceania for the food and the service and it did not disappoint. The room (Penthouse) was just the right size with great amenities. The walk in closet and extra balcony room was appreciated. We ate in every specialty restaurant and they were all great but Red Ginger was my favorite. We also ate in cabin frequently and used the butler service. Highly recommended for a port intensive ...
