Amazing crew, who were attentive, friendly and professional.

This was our second time on the Oceania Riviera. Last time, we splurged for a Penthouse Suite. This time, we downgraded to Concierge Balcony. CD Corey is fantastic at team trivia and very kind. Very entertaining when he is on duty.
His assistant was irritating and did not know how he should do this team trivia.
