CD Corey is fantastic at team trivia and very kind. Very entertaining when he is on duty.
His assistant was irritating and did not know how he should do this team trivia.
Paulo (barista) and the man who makes the smoothies were very kind.
The captain was invisible and even did not join the welcome party and the repeaters party.

We sailed the Amsterdam to Hamburg cruise with a few days at cruise selected pre cruise hotel. Day of sailing we waited 90 minutes after the pickup time at hotel in a small room with no seating. NO BUS NO Information. Chose this cruise as we like Oceania, embarkation close to home, and because of the port calls around the North Sea and part of Southern Baltic.

We loved Oceania so we booked a trip from Iceland, through Greenland, Canada, and the coast, to New York. Plenty of headaches leaving and returning to the ship because of the tenders. Lots of ineptness by the staff. Plenty of "hurry up and wait." The price was good and the date fit our schedule. The cabins are in need of an update, but they are due for one shortly. The tv needs to be across from the bed, instead of at a weird angle. Our room attendant was very good, and we could count on him to get it right. The restaurant servers were hit and miss. Some were excellent, and some clearly did not enjoy their jobs.
