Where do I even begin?! This was a NYE cruise and we wish we didn't go! The Oasis sailed out of Port of Miami on Dec 29 and returned on January 7th. Post pandemic excited to get back to cruising. Booked Allure in October and quickly saw how things have changed. I am all for the cruise lines trying to make up for lost money but not at the expense of customers and in this case ones that routinely do 3-4 cruises a year strictly with RCCL. 39 with RCCL alone in 12 years.

I dont even know where to start so I'll leave it short and not sweet.
We stayed in Fort Lauderdale, rented a car for dropoff in Miami with a free shuttle to the port.
-Took over an hour to find a chair by the pool.
-EVERYWHERE is crowded and bottle necked. 45 min wait for a TACO. Terrible setup.

I feel like Royal Caribbean is more about taking your money than offering you a good experience. We paid for the extra dining package, yet at every specialty restaurant we went to we were charged EXTRA for certain items (like steak or lobster, or any 'specialty' items on the menu).
