Overall, I rated this cruise a six. The Aqua Show, Come Fly With, Trivia, and Karioki were fun. The food was good I’m the dining Room, but the bar service im there was awful. The food at the Windjammer was bland and barely edible. We did not try any of the specialty restaurants as we felt we were paying enough. Late night food options were scarce. Better like pizza. That’s what we subsisted on ...

Customer service and majority of staffs working on the cruise have bad service. Extra charge was put on the account. We travel in the middle on high season some of the on board activity was cut back due to under staff and other activity have to wait in line more than 1 hours. Buffet staffs are not friendly. Got 3 main pool was small with so much people water was so cloudy. Main dinning service was ...

The good:. Excellent crew. Neat ship to explore. Excellent entertainment. We were surprised how good cats was. Every port had a dock, so we didn't have to endure a tender to shore once. The bad:. Cost cutting and schemes to extract money from customers diminishes the experience. Food is poor. Desserts are obviously from the cheapest supplier they could find. Everything you purchase has an ...

We chose this cruise to travel with family to celebrate our sons 21st and our daughters 18th birthdays. The ship is amazing and we loved the Central Park area, the food was of a high quality in all venues. Our main disappointment was the entertainment. Before travelling we had booked all the high end shows to ensure we saw them, unfortunately all of them were cancelled idue to technical ...

Disappointing food

Having cruised many times before usually with Princess or Royal Caribbean, we were extremely disappointed with the food apart from in the speciality restaurants. The food was ALWAYS lukewarm, it was never piping hot unless in the speciality restaurants. The quality of the food slipped quite dramatically on this cruise in comparison to others. Also, the shows in the theatre, comedy club etc were ...

All shows were cancelled. Special items celebrating our anniversary never came.

We choose this cruise because of the shows offered and the special things offered for celebrating Important occasions. All shows...not just one but all shows...were cancelled and even after calling customer service about the missing things promised nothing was provided. There was no follow up on any missing items...Not a company of their word. The wait staff in the main dinning room was ...

Three years ago we were on the Freedom and we had a great time. We thought we would go on the Oasis since it is supposed to be this great ship. We made it focus of our vacation goal. We had seen it in other ports so when we got to the pier it wasn't a big dead to see it, but it is rather big. Embarkation went real well. 6,575 people to get on and really not a line to be found. We were ...

Stops: 1. Nassau. Short stop - only 9-2:30. Expensive, disappointing excursion to Atlantis waterpark. 2. St. Thomas. Shore time 10-6:30 - yay. Did snorkeling trip, which was ok (to Christmas Island, not many fish, don't recommend for snorkeling, but trip was otherwise fun). Had lunch. Didn't explore island too much. 3. St. Maarten. Shore time 8:30-4:30. Easy to get to main ...

We had large group from 4-80! Embarkation-we arrived at noon prime time and it took an hour before we made it on the boat mostly the line for security is what took so long, check in was a breeze! Main Dining Room - biggest disappointment, poor service and long time waiting for our main meals which came out cold and bland. Food was just ok, poor quality and not enough variety. With a large ...

Not worth the money

Cruise Line, Ship and ports of call were the main reason we booked this cruise. Kids club for an 11 y/o boy is in adequate. Hardly any activities that would hold his interest and were not age appropriate. My 11 y/o does not want to color, and be indoors for all activities, he was very bored, and did not want to go. Upgraded to a suite, (GS, Rm 6254) and yet suite perks were not worth the ...
