Customer service and majority of staffs working on the cruise have bad service. Extra charge was put on the account. We travel in the middle on high season some of the on board activity was cut back due to under staff and other activity have to wait in line more than 1 hours. Buffet staffs are not friendly. The good:. Excellent crew. Neat ship to explore. Excellent entertainment. We were surprised how good cats was. Every port had a dock, so we didn't have to endure a tender to shore once.

Three years ago we were on the Freedom and we had a great time. We thought we would go on the Oasis since it is supposed to be this great ship. We made it focus of our vacation goal.

1. Nassau. Short stop - only 9-2:30. Expensive, disappointing excursion to Atlantis waterpark.
2. St. Thomas. Shore time 10-6:30 - yay. Did snorkeling trip, which was ok (to Christmas Island, not many fish, don't recommend for snorkeling, but trip was otherwise fun). Had lunch. Didn't explore island too much.
