This was our 4th trip on the Oasis, A Ship that we Love.
When we chose this cruise a year ago both San Juan, and St. Maarten existed.
Today San Juan is the home to devastation and crime, and St. Maarten, Orient Beach are almost entirely gone.
Only the nude section exists and the Restaurant is barely standing.

We chose this ship for our Christmas gift to each other. And Port Canaveral is only 45 minutes away from our house, and the good reviews it has received on, Cruise Critic.

I booked Eastern Caribbean, due to the hurricanes beating up Puerto Rico and St. Martin the original ports. RC decided to drop us off in the Bahamas and Mexico. Rather than providing a discount or refund for a Western Caribbean cruise that I didn't want, having been to the Bahamas and Mexico.
