Having read lots iof reviews about Oasis and noting more than one review talking about wear and a dry dock needed. Had to write a review to say everything is fine!
Embarkation
Orderly and generally smooth. The hardest part was getting through the traffic in the bus transfer to actually get to port but to be expected with 6000 people leaving and another 6k getting on. We arrived at port ...
When Royal Caribbean for the first time (with friends) Ship is very large. Easy to navigate around. They think of everyone aboard , Kids under 6 yrs have their own area, pools and play area. Food is some of the best I've had aboard a ship. I've been on many cruise's on other ship's. Servers are the best, they ask to help, even if in the buffet area, they'll get you any thing you may want, ...
This was our first cruise and definitely not the last! After this experience, we do not want to travel any other way! My family, my husband and 2 daughters along with my cousin and her family (husband, son and daughter) had been planning this vacation for some time and we can say unequivocally, the Oasis did not disappoint. The staterooms were spacious and extremely clean. Our room attendant was ...
Chose to do another Oasis voyage, and loved the new Eastern itinerary (St Maarten, San Juan, Labadee). The crew were great, standard 2 berth balcony was perfect, no complaints about the quality of food. I cruise with my mom and we really are very easy to please kind of cruisers, not picky eaters, or complainers. The ports were great, our second time in St Maarten, first trip being before Irma. ...
Ship was huge and beautiful. Service and food was the same. There was a variety of things to do whether you were 2 or 92 years old. Ports of call .. especially St Martin and St Thomas, didn’t disappoint.. exotic and romantic! Areas of the ship were for 16 and over, and my 16 yr old son felt comfortable and grownup therespent most of our time at sea on the Solarium. My son even spent time on the ...
It was the best choice between Carnival and Disney! After our cruise my family was thoroughly convinced that ROYAL CARIBBEAN is the way to cruise!!! The ports of call were part of the reason for sailing with RC. NASSAU ,Bahamas was an excellent and inexpensive way to tour the Atlantis Hotel and it's water parks( we took a taxi, paid a total of $28.00 and did our own sight seeing.) With Charlotte ...
Could not say enough good things about our recent cruise on the Oasis of the Sea. Aug. 2018
Keion (stateroom attendant) made us feel welcomed on the first day. Asked us at least twice a day, “how are day is and is everything ok”. If there was an issue, he addressed it immediately and got it resolved.
Kenny (waiter at Chops) was amazing!!! Instantly made feel right at home and excelled at ...
First off, traveling with severe peanut and tree nut allergies is very risky and frightening, and typically, the food options are very limited. We were EXTREMELY PLEASED with the care and overall quality received from our serving team in the Grande dining area as well as of the food options that were safe in the Windjammer restaurant.
Goodfredo, Alfredo, and Chadwick in the Grande dining area ...
We choose this cruise based on the Caribbean area we wanted to visit. Customer service was a primary reason for my 10 rating. No matter where we went on the ship we were treated with great care, courtesy, and like family. Euclid, our food hostess or server was amazing. He made sure our large family was taken care of well. He learned and brought our vegetarian dishes asap, knew and brought the kids ...
We picked this cruise line Oasis of the Seas for several reasons:
Entertainment was top rated
So many activities for my teenage son that he was exhausted at night
Shore Excursions from swimming with the dolphins to scuba diving
Dining was 5 star. Menu changed each night. So many choices hard to pick from.
Ship was impeccable. Such a beauty to look at and be on.
Cabin with the ...
