A BIG, Beautiful ship

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Oasis of the Seas

We have sailed royal Caribbean before but it has been a long time since we sailed last. It has been more than 10 years. Arriving at the port in the late morning could not have been any easier. We pulled up into the parking garage, went to the second level where they stopped us and took our luggage. We then proceeded upwards to find a parking space on board the ship within 20 minutes, including ...

Pros and cons of the refit

We went with this cruise as it was one of the only ones we could make work date wise with what was listed on the casino players free cruise list (first world problems...). Between vouchers we managed to upgrade to a boardwalk balcony room which was lovely. This is the third oasis class ship we have sailed on and there are aspects of the new refit that I like and others that I’m not such a fan ...

Oasis is a big, fun ship, and since it was "Amped" it has a lot of fun things to do. It never felt crowded. I haven't cruised for 3 years an I am pleased to report the "Deck Chair Saving"is mostly gone ! I think both people are following the no saving rule and RC is enforcing it. On all my last RC cruises, it was rare I could find a deck chair anywhere near the pool or upper deck, as they were ...

Just came back not so long from the trip and we are thoroughly satisfied with our trip, the service for the cruise is outstanding, everyone working onboard is super friendly and helpful. Dining: Windjammer could improve its quality for buffet but we dined mainly at the Mexican restaurant and it's delicious. Dinner at main dining room is absolutely delicious, the menu changes everyday and I had ...

We departed in Miami, and the process was so smooth. If you use Uber I suggest to watch the route the driver is taking, we had a driver that tried to take a different route to port and it cost us triple the amount, UBER did refund it. We LOVED the layout of Oasis. We were previously on Independence and enjoyed Playmakers, but Oasis has Playmakers in the perfect spot...on Boardwalk..... we LOVED ...

My daughter and I sailed on the Oasis Of The Seas. The ship was just back from being all redone and new. Beautiful ship for sure. We ate in the dining room and it was great. Our waiter (Daniel), really made us fill like Downton Abby was still around. We liked the water slides Loved the Abyss slide and would slide down to dinner every night. Water show, Ice show, we seen twice and ...

Date fit our schedule plus free cruise offer from Casino Royale. We love the gym, shows, main, dining room, friendly, professional staff, clean staterooms and responsive staff to questions. I like the telephone number for our cabin steward. A nice touch. We went on the Escape Room challenge & had a blast with a family who were all very smart. Enjoyed Cafe Promenade & Sorrentos. It was nice ...

We sailed on the Oasis of the Seas on 30th June for a 7 night Med cruise, calling at Palma, Marseilles, La Spezia, Rome, and Naples. Boarding was in Barcelona and the ship is so large that it boards over two terminals. We were allocated terminal C and after dropping off our cases we were on board the ship in less than 30 minutes from arriving at the terminal. Upon boarding, we were greeted with a ...

Really nice, smooth sailing comfortable ship that was clean, well designed, well attended with excellent room / waiter service, two flow riders, a beautiful 8th floor central garden, rock climbing, zip line, too much entertainment for us to choose from all to outstanding sites with many options for excursions. We flew into Barcelona directly from Newark, cleared customs in Barcelona that was not ...

First cruise for husband and I with Royal Caribbean and first Mediterranean cruise. Ship was beautiful and clean. Always saw someone cleaning/wiping/mopping/sweeping etc...Crew was amazing, so friendly and helpful. Never felt crowded and often wondered where all the people were. I had heard the cabins were smaller than what we have had on other ships but didn't notice any difference. We had a ...
