Overall good experience

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Oasis of the Seas

Largest ship in the world. Very nicely done. Clean, good main dining room experience. There's one Wndjammer staff that would chitchat too much when clearly her job is to collect empty plates from tables. Shows are very well done. Really enjoyed the Oasis of Dreams Aqua show. Lots of diving. Well done show. Come Fly With Me is also well done in the Opal Theatre. Lots of acrobats, and a very ...

Oasis was a Wonderful Relaxing Cruise

Main Observations of the Cruise: * On and off this ship was the smoothest of any cruise we have been on. * All of the shows (except CATS) were great with the Comedy Club & the theater comedy show being the best. * Standard dining the Windjammer and Solarium Cafe were the winners with lots of choices. The Main Dinning room was good but not worth the wait with My Time Dining. * Optional ...

This was our 6th cruise (previously 4 with Carnival and 1 with NCL)...this was our first with Royal Caribbean. We have always cruised with our children who are now 8 years old and 10 years old. We also cruised with two other families. Pros: -Beautiful large ship with all the bells and whistles -very well maintained ship...some carpets were showing their aged - we had a boardwalk view ...

RCI continues to be the leader of the pack...

We've sailed Oasis in the past as well as other RCI ships. The quality of service has been very consistent over the years. Generally, they do it all right! The shows are outstanding and varied for all interests. The only negative we found was a little drop off in main dining room service; not quite up to past standards. We've stopped at Labadee, Falmouth & Cozumel several times in the past ...

I loved the entertainment on the cruise. The ice show was beautiful.

I chose this cruise because it sailed out of Port Canaveral which is a port that is easier for me to drive to. Also I have friends living in that area. I sailed on the Oasis of the Seas when it was brand new and wanted to see if it was still as lovely as then. The Captain and the crew where very friendly and I received excellent service. All of the meals served to me in the dining room were very ...

This was definitely the best cruise ship we have been on. Can't wait to return. Will most definitely try the Oasis or Allure next time. Ship is a beautiful vessel! Embarkation and disembarkation were the best we have ever encountered. We arrived a day early and stayed in Cocoa Beach. Sunday morning we arrived to the port about 10:30, had all pre-boarding taken care of ahead of time. Just had ...

I took this cruise to be with my sister who had signed up for it. This was the first large ship cruise for my husband and I. We arrived a few days early to do some birding on Merritt Island and tour Cape Canaveral. We arrived at Port Canaveral in our rental car. The Royal Caribbean web site gave good directions to port B but failed to provide directions once you enter the port area. We were so ...

Traveled for a winter vacation to the Caribbean, and wanted to try one of the largest cruise ships in the world. I do not regret that I did it, but it may not be the best ship for me. The ship is AMAZING and beautiful, and it is BIG. My favorite areas were the Solarium and Central Park. We had a cabin on Deck 8, and that was very convenient to the Park Cafe and just a few floors up from the ...

If you have Kids this would be Amazing. Went with our family and they have younger kids. We raised ours and go on vacation 4 times a year usually an all-inclusive resort, and it was not relaxing and 3x's the cost. Even if you tried to get away from the action in the adult solarium it was packed and kids were in the adult only hot tubs. The pool is very small for the adults. My husband and I are ...

Ship can be too long to keep walking here and there... but our cabin was too far forward! The ship had the best entertainment, it is all awesome! Last minute booking so price would be cheaper, so it was a cabin I wouldn't haven't chosen. And the wind can be a problem when sailing... Windjammer was a little small for whole ship. But there are other small venues. Like the pizza shop with great ...
