AMAZING Cruise ruined by NCL Corporate - SHAME ON YOU!

Review for a Panama Canal & Central America Cruise on Norwegian Star

First let me say we had an AMAZING 14 day cruise through the Panama Canal. Everyone from the baggage handlers to the Captain were warm, inviting and went over and above to ensure our bucket-list cruise was all we imagined it would be and more. NCL corporate on the other hand were HORRIBLE and need additional training and a means to correct actions, which are truly of their making, which affect ...

NCL Star - Worst food ever!

We wanted to go to the Panama Canal and the time of year worked best for both my husband and I. We also thought we'd try a different cruise line (we were very sorry we did). We were on a 14-day NCL Star cruise through the Panama Canal, starting in Miami and ending in Los Angeles. The cruise itself was very good. Enjoyed the canal and the scenery. The ship was good, the room was great, and ...

If you're under 85 years old, don't board that ship

There is practically nothing to do on that ship. One good show in 14 days, boring violin music (sometimes) most of the time no music at all. Decent music on pool deck but all chairs reserved so no place to sit. Most people on that cruise were playing cards or reading. Drinks are watered down so bad that you can't tell if they have alcohol in them or not. Food not terrible but nothing great ...

Just wanted to get away for New Years.....we had taken several NCL cruises in the past so we felt comfortable choosing them again. We like cruising because we like to be pampered and enjoy some nice meals while we relax. We usually boook suites in the Haven just for these reasons. NCL totally dropped the ball on this cruise..... My wife was horrified at the spa.....a woman was assigned to ...

I can not begin to describe the number of ways we were let down by this line. First booking... the process was easy enough or so we thought. The Norwegian customer service who provided all our rooms and took our money gave us lots of wrong information. She would not let us set dinner reservations for a party of 8 and let us know the kids drink package we purchased included frozen drinks like ...

Iteinerary, ports of call and group travel were three main reasons for selecting this cruise. Customer service was horrible. Rude staff. Dirty underwear left in room from previous guests. Food was mediocre and food service was horrible. Food served cold. Our room steward never introduced himself, room was super noisy and they refused to move us until the fourth nite and in the middle of the ...

Do not cruise this company. The second cruise with them I had taken. My toilet overflowed from day one repeatedly and they did not change our room. My personal belongings being ruined and they did not replace. We were forced to sleep in a sewer smelling room for 8 days. They said they would refund us at the end of the cruise but instead they have us a 100 dollar credit and said that was ...

Worst cruise ever

We chose this cruise so we could take our granddaughter and great granddaughter as they live in southern California. Service was poor, toilet wouldn’t flush all of the time. Staff not trained nearly as well as other cruise lines. We were Totally ignored in a couple of the restaurants. Finally had to go and find a waiter. Will never use Norwegian cruise lines again. Worst cruise ever and we ...

I chose this itinerary because I wanted to see the Panama Canal. I made reservation during Thanksgiving time, so I got a good price. I paid Category 1X guarantee. I did not expect to have a luxury cabin, but a peaceful and restful cabin. I was assigned Cabin 9523. When I checked in the ship and went to the 9523, it was noisy, shaking and vibrating, very uncomfortable. I went to customer service to ...
