These Inside Staterooms are the most affordable way for you to cruise. With room for up to four, you'll have two lower beds that convert into a queen-size bed and additional bedding to accommodate up to two more guests. And of course you'll have access to room service and all kinds of other great amenities on board.
DO NOT TAKE THIS CABIN!!
We thought we were being clever by taking the 'wild card' booking where you pay for an inside room but can end up on any level of the ship. I have cruised with NCL 6 times (and last year on this exact same ship) and I have never had a smaller, pokier room. My husband and I had to take turns getting dressed while the other sat on the bed because there wasn't enough room for both of us to be standing at the same time! The location of the cabin was excellent - direct access to the pool and buffet (if you like the buffet - we never really ate there) but the room itself was oppressive. To make matters worse, we found out later that NCL offered free room upgrades to about 100 people! we would have been grateful to just move to another inside stateroom where we could both stand up at once!. Our cabin was great! It had a hallway on one side and neighbor on the other and we rarely heard any noise. You can hear the performers rehearsing a few hours a day since the room was above the theatre, as well as the shows in the evening, so if you want to sleep in the afternoon or early evening book a room mid-ship or on a higher floor. Inside cabin, quite small even for two people but we already knew that. I like the shower and that you can actually fit in it (unlike Royal Caribbean's round dome-like showers). Safe was locked and was not able to unlock it. So I got with our cabin attendant, Indro, who is awesome, and someone was at our room within a few hours. I also asked the mini bar/fridge to be cleaned out and he also took care of that quickly. A lot of storage (seemed like more than RC). Read entire member review >>
The cabin was what we expected on NCL. Our steward did a great job and was always tended to well. I prefer an inside room, especially in the summer in a location like Norway. The sun never really sets so this way it was dark when I wanted to sleep. Read entire member review >>
Very 'limited' TV programming. No schedules or channel guides. Very unnecessary repeating of ship promotions.
Ice only by room service request. No coffee maker.
More "Ship Cam" channels could be added. Read entire member review >>
