My husband and I sailed on the Pearl in early October. The check-in process was fine. We were glad to get on board after the long flight from Dallas/Newark.
Our OV room had quite a bit storage space with 2 sets of 3 drawers a nice sized closet and shelves adjacent and above. This was important as we were doing back to back cruises. The second being a Transatlantic.

However, some ship personnel don't know were the rest is and ask Bar Tenders where it is.
When I ask the stateroom attendant to please change the towels, he foes into this big lecture about leaving towels on floor to change, I don't need this idiot.

The organisation getting on the ship at Rome was very well organised and very quick compared to other cruises we have been on.
The rooms were very nice, well fitted and clean, also among the best we have experienced.
