There are two bathrooms, one is quite large with a toilet, bathtub, double sink, shower, and the dressing room off of that. The other is a smaller bathroom as you first walk in to the room with just a toilet and sink. The living room has two double sliding doors looking out onto a sheltered balcony. There was a sofa, chair, television, large table and four chairs, and bar/coffee area. The 3 bottles of liquor that I ordered with pre-concierge and comes with an Owner's Suite, was waiting for us along with the juices, soda, and water that is all free. The bedroom has a king size bed, a chair and ottoman, two large night tables, a television, and the door to the big balcony at the front of the ship. Read Less

The Deluxe Owners Suite is a monster room! The dual bathrooms, dual balconies and living room were amazing. It also had a walk-in closet, two safes and two sinks! I have lived in smaller apartments. One caveat, the forward balcony cannot be used when underway because of the wind across the deck. We did not even turn on the full surround sound system for the DVD library (ask the butler for movies), but it looked great. FYI, there are a pair of binoculars in this room that were better than the ones I brought. Very handy for sightseeing off the balcony. This class and the villa suites also came with preferred seating at the shows. All the other benefits are standard for the haven. If you can either pay or bid you way into this room, go for it. We had the Pink Diamond Owner's Suite with Large Balcony. The suite was beautiful, and the two balconies made the Alaska scenery even more accessible. The suite had a bottle of champagne upon embarkation, and the steward kept the fridge full with mixers, sodas, and water (still and sparkling) throughout the week. We also had our choice of three bottles of liquor for the trip and the option to have breakfast delivered to the in-suite dining room and set up complete with white linen table cloth. We did this on the day we had to be off the ship for an early excursion. The butler, concierge, and room steward were always of great service, and they knew the names our four family members and greeted us by name after day one. Read Less

I lucked out and got a very inexpensive last minute upsell to this suite, and I have to say, it was fantastic and well worth it! This really made the cruise super special and I was glad I got lucky for this cruise since it was our first real vacation in a very long time. It is about 800 square feet, has a very comfortable king size bed, a small bathroom near the entrance, and a WONDERFUL large bathroom with a soaker tub that has a window looking outside. There were two balconies, one in the front that was too windy to be used while at sea, but fine when cruising glacier bay or sailing out of a port. I used the side balcony a lot more. The suite comes with some very nice perks including a butler (Bagus was the name of our server) and a concierge (Leah). Both were very helpful although we didn't really use them much at all. There is a fridge in the room stocked with cokes and a pod espresso maker. They had a cd player in the room which really could and should be easily updated to an MP3 speaker system. Most people have smartphones and it would ahve been nice to play my tunes from my phone. We also had access to special breakfast and lunch seating at Moderno with a nice menu of food that was better than the buffet. We didn't have time to eat there every day but it is a nice perk for sure. Also they give you priority embarkation/disembarkation for entering and exiting the ship plus many of the ports. This suite also gave access to the Haven, but we never spent time there. It is basically a small sunroom with a hot tub, small pool and a sitting area. It was very humid (obviously) and just not appealing for us. Maybe the Haven areas are better on the other newer ships. I could not have afforded this at full price but I would not hesitate to take an upsell if offered in the future. It was a lot of fun! Read Less

The Owner’s Suite – We were in cabin 9004, which includes living room with half bath and master bedroom with full bath and dressing room/closet. There is a deck overlooking the front of the ship and a side balcony also. The owner’s suite (OS) has an older Lavazza coffee/espresso machine and a refrigerator stocked with bottled water, Pepsi products and whatever mixers you want with your 3 bottles of alcohol that come with the suite (there is a list to choose from in your cabin at embarkation). There is a heavy curtain between the living room and bedroom and another between bedroom and bathroom. *This was the first time we arranged for an oxygen concentrator with Special Needs at Sea, the sole Norwegian approved contractor for full-size oxygen concentrators. They had the concentrator in the cabin at embarkation including canula, tubing and humidifier bottle. We left it in the cabin at disembarkation, and they picked it up from there. FYI, a cruise that begins and ends in different ports has a $100 surcharge on top of the rental cost. Butler Walter was great. It took us a day or two to warm up to him, but he definitely won us over with his tenacious search for a memory foam pillow for me and for learning our routine so well that on the last full day, the phones were down and he automatically brought DH’s usual breakfast at the usual time. Elvina, the concierge, was friendly and efficient. She helped us resolve a confusion over the promos that were included on our reservation, but not registered on board the ship, as well as booking an excursion for me. Read Less
