We were in the 2 bedroom suite in the Haven. This is a beautiful room! Huge Master bedroom and bathroom, complete with 2 sinks, soaker tub and large rain shower. There is a second bedroom with its own bathroom. This room is much smaller than the Master bedroom and is meant more for children than adults. It has a pull out couch, which is about the size of a double bed, and a twin flip down bed as well. The couch bed in this room was very hard so we had the room steward bring us 2 egg crate foam pads, which helped a lot. We went with another couple and each took a week in the king sized bed in the Master, which was crazy comfortable! There is a common area between the two bedrooms. Pull out couch, TV, table and chairs for 4, an espresso machine and mini fridge and of course, the balcony. The room has plenty of closet space and 2 safes. We were located just outside the atrium of the Haven. This is a lovely area to swim, sit in the hot tub, read or even take a snooze. If you are a Haven guest, you can get your breakfast or lunch served in the Atrium or cookies and lemon water anytime of the day. Great perk for Haven guests! This is the second time we have stayed in the 2 bedroom suite and it is perfect for families! Read Less

Our Stateroom: H4:14508… the Passion Flower Courtyard Suite (2 bedroom). We had originally booked a BA balcony on deck 10. Then, one day in August, I got crazy and upgraded us to an AFT Penthouse. (It was wildly more expensive than if we had just booked it originally, but like I said, I got crazy!) Happily, on September 29, I was checking NCL’s website and saw that even more OBC was included for a new booking, so I investigated, and sure enough, we were be able to upgrade to the H4 for about $200 more (but, we made up for that with an increase to our Non-refundable OBC). Woohoo, a no-brainer (additional) upgrade to provide our first time in THE HAVEN!!! Location: Deck 14 Port-side Bed: We both found the bed to be rather comfortable. The pillows are different than either of us are used to sleeping on, but we easily made do. (Choices were never offered, nor did we ask!) Living/ Dining areas: Sleeper Sofa, Coffee Table and End Table. 4 chairs w/Dining Table. Floral Bouquet, Fruit Bowl, Plates, napkins, and silverware. Master Bathroom: 8’ 10” x9’ Master Bath: 16’ 2” x 8’ 10” Shower = 5’3” x 2’ 4” Sink: Double sinks and a vanity area Storage: We hung everything we wanted (but we took all the hangers from the 2nd bedroom. Everything else fit nicely in the drawers and cabinets in the room. There are two small safes in the bathroom cabinets area. Second Bedroom: Looked to be about the size of an Inside Stateroom. Sofa sleeper could sleep two people and a Pullman is tucked along one wall. The entire area measured 6’ 9” wide x 14’ 2nd Bathroom: Standard cabin sized bathroom with sliding door shower… measured 7’ x 4’ 2nd BR Storage: There is a small dresser, some shelves, and limited hanging space… measured 16” deep 4’ 10 “ wide Electrical outlets: I found 1 in each bedroom, one in 2nd bathroom, 2 in the main bathroom, 2 in the “living room” USB Ports: 2 in each of the bedrooms (on the lights over beds). Coffee/Tea maker: Nespresso machine did seem to brew very hot. Selection of Regular coffee, Espresso, and Decaffeinated. Tea choices: Chamomile, English Breakfast, and Jasmine Green. Three different sizes of cups and saucers. Bar set-up: In the refrigerator there were 2 each of the following: Bacardi, Dewar’s, Grey Goose, Jim Beam, Tanqueray, Heineken, Pepsi, and Mist Twist. Also, 1 each: Red Bull, Canada Dry Tonic, Walnut Crest Cabernet Sauvignon, Frontera Chardonnay. Assorted drinking glasses in the glass-front cabinet. Our “Suite” Champagne was Duc de Valmar and we were left one 1 Ltr bottle of Auqafina. We had to ask for our Platinum Plus waters (1 Ltr bottles) and Sparking wine, which were delivered the second day. Balcony: Nice-size (6’ +6” x 9’ 2”), with a small table and two chairs…loved it! We enjoyed some spectacular views during our 9-day “week.” Room Steward: Ahmed was efficient, welcoming, quick and thorough. Concierge: Kadek Astawa Butler: Renato Vasquez seemed to take a while to warm-up to us. After that we had good vibes throughout the cruise. The Haven Courtyard is lovely, with multiple types of seating (some covered) around the pool and hot tub. There is an elliptical and a treadmill in the small workout room. Climb a set of stairs up to deck 15 and enjoy a fantastic deck with more lounge chairs and seating with a panoramic view. Towels and pillows are provided in each of three locations. Read Less

We had a 2 bedroom villa on the Haven. Our room was directly across from the door to enter the Courtyard and was a perfect location for us. The second bedroom comfortably slept my older 2 kids. We had a pack & play setup in the area between our bed and the bathroom and there was plenty of space. This room also has a little cordless phone that can be used across the entire ship. We mainly used it when letting the olders babysit the toddler so that they could give us a call if there were problems (there weren't but it gave us piece of mind). We LOVED the bathtub with the big window and my daughter made use of it every night. We brought bubble bath on board. The bed facing the tub window made for some wonderful natural light for the master bedroom & bathroom. There was a heavy curtain at the foot of the bed if you preferred not to have the light. We LOVED this cabin and I found it to be incredibly comfortable for our family of 5. There was plenty of storage and they even had hooks mounted in the master bathroom area. The small table was kept stocked with fresh fruit daily (which we ate every day) and our butler also brought afternoon treats. The table is not really big enough for more than 2 to dine at if you have any meals delivered. Read Less

Spectacular! really like a private yacht with personal butler and concierge that tends to your every need. This may be one of the largest if not the largest suite on the ocean. Truely a Rock Star experience!

We booked 2 cabins - 14008 and 14010. Beautiful cabins. Renovations were awesome. Room steward, Judy, did an incredible job keeping our rooms nice and comfortable. The view from the balcony was the best part.
