Have cruised for many years . Seeing huge decline in service value and quality...NCL rewards program for one my wife and I cruise together so we both should have the same points and level..well we don't and they don't want to correct it..Also a couple of the bookings should have had double point from promotion.. well the did not apply them..so we should be at platinum level but are not because of ...

Bad ship, good stops

Not sure why most reviews give decent stars but bad comments, so I’ll be very honest with mine. This was my first cruise with my boyfriend and his parents, who have gone on a similar route with celebrity. We all agree the ship itself is no good, especially if you don’t have enough money. I travel often, am not picky, and like to make the most of any trip, but this cruise was key enough to make a ...

5 of us traveled on the Casinos at Sea promotions. When we arrived at the port, the wait time was over 1 1/2 hours to get to a desk to check in. There was no priority line for my mother, who was in a wheel chair, nor the Casinos at Sea invited guests. It was stifling hot in the indoor area where the line was. We finally were able to board the ship, and went straight to O'Sheehan's, which never ...

Unbelievable! The Bottom Line Up Front (BLUF) is don’t count on Norwegian to fix their mistakes! This cruise was planned with my niece. She lives in Charleston, SOUTH CAROLINA. It was her first cruise and she was so excited! She could barely contain herself in preparation and left very early in the morning to the airport to ensure it started off with her on the airplane. Only this is where it all ...

I had a trip to see the Panama Canal on my bucket list. Never thought I would get to cross it off my list. My wife and I cruised with 3 other couples we have traveled with before. Great company on a great ship. The food was wonderful and the entertainment was amazing. My wife just had surgery 3 weeks before embark time. Due to this we did not get to do the normal shore excursions we enjoy, but ...

I have cruised NCL on the Epic in the Med a few years back with my mother, I decided to try NCL again because the Epic was good value for money and the staff and food were good. BAD Idea! Took 3 hours to board and the food - my lord, the food was inedible at times. I understand during the days of COVID you are going to have to wait for testing, but NCL was not prepared for this. We waited ...

Very Disappointed with Customer Service and Quality of Cruise

I started going on cruises just a few years ago with a trip to Alaska for my 50th birthday with Holland America. Awesome Trip! Sailed with them again and wondered if all cruise lines were similar. So booked Norwegian for my Godchild’s birthday and during the cruise found out they were not the same. Began by spending a few bucks extra to have a balcony room just a few days before the trip. In ...

Worst cruise we've ever been on!

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Norwegian Breakaway

Due to having to use tenders, one port was canceled. At the other two, it took hours to re-board. The cruise director did a TERRIBLE job of communicating in Cozumel. Yes, there were a lot of ships which I understand makes it more congested. However, they refused to communicate over the loudspeakers as to how we were to disembark on the tenders, leading to mass confusion. It took us 4 hours to get ...

I thought this would be the most pleasureable cruise to take.. Boy was I wrong!! Terrible, Terrible, Terrible This cruise was done on the last ship (Breakaway) before the corona virus shut down. Crew served the food at buffet. (Another princess druise was found to have 21 cases of corona virus. 19 of 21 infected were crew members not passengers. But the crew was instructed tofeed ...
