We had an aft facing suite in the Haven and were blown away by the almost 500 sq ft balcony with hot tub! The service from our steward Marti was top notch. Our butler Virgilio was great as well and he made sure we had everything we needed. We chose this cruise based on previous reviews of other guests. We were pleasantly surprised with the cruise and I stayed at one of the Haven suites. The private restaurants and bars within the Haven were excellent and met our expectations. The bathtub overlooking the ocean in the evening was incredibly relaxing after a day of excursions. My wife became ill on the cruise and had to see the medical facility. She was diagnosed with COVID and a bacterial infection. The medical staff were incredible.
