So our first night there we had to separate the beds, and in doing so there was broken glass under the beds. Then my daughter cut her foot on more glass even when we had house keeping clean the room. We like NCL, but this ship proves that bigger is not always better and that it may be virtually impossible to provide a consistently positive experience for 5000 passengers. This is the fourth NCL ship we have sailed on and we will not be sailing on it again.

First vacation in a few years with the family. We have parents which are mid 50’s and 2 young adults, 23 and 25. Embarkation was easy but they separate you by terminal even if traveling together in a family.
